Haiku

Haiku is a poem about nature or something you find in nature.
​Haiku poems come from Japan.
 
Haiku poems have three lines. 
Line one has 5 syllables.
Line two has 7 syllables.
Line three has 5 syllables.
Syllables are the sounds that we hear in every word. You can count syllables in a word by breaking it up and saying the word slowly. Mathematics Math-e-ma-tics
